Report to customer based on answers

    Hey guys - is it possible to get a client to fill in a questionaire and they will get a report build for them based on their answers to the questions in the form?

    You can send PDF reports containing the submission data as an attachment to the confirmation email (autoresponder) that is sent to the client after form submission.

    Hey - sorry if i was unclear, I need to send the person a paragraph of text, depending on how they answered a series of questions. Not their own answers?

    So like an automated assessment of their answers?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your follow-up! After looking over your request, I believe the best way to accomplish this will be to create a number of different notification emails that will include different verbiage and attachments, and then use conditions to send a particular email template to your form filler based on their responses.

    First you can create a number of custom PDF's that you can attach to the emails depending on the answers. The PDF's can contain a mix of form responses, and new content, like the paragraph you mentioned may need to be sent. You can reference the User Guide below for assistance in creating these PDF's

    Once the PDF's have been created, you can create and name a number of email notifications that will each have a different PDF attached. You can set these up to go to dummy email addresses, because we will be changing the recipients conditionally anyways.

    Once all of your emails have been created, and the reports have been attached to each, you can set up some conditions that will target one email template depending on the responses left on your form, and change the recipient of that email to be the form filler. The end result will be that each user who submits your form will receive a customized email and PDF report depending on the responses they leave on your form.
