Hello!
We have a form with a file upload field. We also use Approvals in the process.
The problem is: in the confirmation email that comes after approving / rejecting a request, Jotform escapes the first "space" character erroneously in the email' file upload field. It puts %0D intead of " ". Therefore the link won't download anything.
Where: in the "file upload" field of the email coming after the approval / rejection.
Since: couple of days ago, probably yesterday.
Impact: users are not able to download files that have a space in their name.
I attached a screenshot of the URL that is in the email, you can see that is has %0D instead of a space.
We've got 2 forms, both are with same approval logic, and both experiencing this problem.
Please help us resolve. Thank you,
Janos

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
The quickest solution, while we try to come up with a better one, is to put a Paragraph element right below your File Upload field, warning the user to rename his file if it contains any space on his name:
As soon as we come up with a nicer solution, you'll receive an update on this same thread.
Thanks for your understanding,
Marco
