How can I add survey contacts who've opted in to my email list to ActiveCampaign

    Hi there,

I use ActiveCampaign as my CRM, and I have a field in my form asking customers if they want to be part of my email newsletter.

How can I automatically export ONLY those who have clicked "Yes, I want to receive special offers via email" to ActiveCampaign. Can I do this through Jotform's integration with ActiveCampaign? Or do I need to use something like Zapier?

    Please advise.

    Thanks!

    Howdy jfrench10,

I understand that you would like add your users to your ActiveCampaign CRM only if they agree to receive emails. Unfortunately, there is not an option to do this with ActiveCampaign. However, I can confirm that our MailChimp and Constant Contact integrations offer the feature that you're looking for.

Otherwise, you should be able to create a Zap that detects if the user agreed to receive emails and only add those users. I am not extremely familiar with Zapier, however, I believe you will want to create a Zap that connects JotForm to the Path tool and then conditionally create a new user in ActiveCampaign.
