I am using the free version of your product and created a form. I sent the link for the form to a friend and asked them to complete the form. The friend said that they did not have permission to access the form. I don't see how to change this. Can you help me?
Thanks,
Fred

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! If you are using the "Invite by email" feature from your Publish Tab, this will require your end users to create a JotForm Account. The reason is that this feature is reserved for inviting users who will need to be regularly filling out the form, and it will allow them to access the form directly from their JotForm Account. The User Guide below will provide some more details on this feature- https://www.jotform.com/help/652-adding-assignees-to-your-form
If you are simply trying to have some friends fill out your form without creating an account, you will need to either copy your form URL from the builder, and send it to them manually from your own email server, or use the Email feature shown in the screenshot below:
If you decide to go the route of sending the form link out manually from your own email, you can find the publish URL form your form within your Publish Settings- https://www.jotform.com/help/401-where-to-find-my-form-url
Please reach back out if any additional assistance is needed, and have a great day!
