    Sub-account user can't see shared forms.

    Good afternoon, I shared a form to a sub-account, but the person that uses that account can't see shared forms folder. How to see shared with you folder?

    HI there,

    I am having the same issue today. I shared a form with two sub-users and on one account the Shared Forms link on the left isn't listed at all. On the other account, the Shared link is available, however there are no shared forms available.

    Accessing jotform in Chrome 31.0.1650.63 and Firefox 26 on OS X 10.8.5

    It appears there are issues with the Sub-Account function at this time. This issue has been rasied to the Development Team. Once we have an update on this, you will be notified on this thread.
