Hello,
We are trying to create a JotForm for registration for an event. Ideally, we would like to do the following:
- Set the limit of how many people can register
- Once the limit has hit, the site would show a sold out message and ask for information (Name, Email, etc) to contact them about future events in their area.
- Then we could collect all of the information to see if we have enough people on a waiting list to have another event in their region.
Is this possible to do in Jotform? And if so, how?
Thank you.

Greetings,
Yes, it is possible but you'll need to use two forms to achieve your requirement. For the waiting list, I would recommend using a second form.
The following guide has instructions on how you can limit submissions on a form and show a message.

Should you need further assistance then please let us know.
Thanks
