I recently created a form, and then went through the process of testing it by filling out the form, submitting it, and making a payment through paypal. I received confirmation from paypal, but never received any notification about the form. I then tried the entire process again after reading several help articles that specified how to set it up to prevent this from happening. The result was the same.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Your form notification setting is setup correctly and upon checking our mail logs it shows that it was able to send the email successfully.

The issue could be on your email provider. I also get an error response when searching for your domain. What you can do is to follow this guide on how to whitelist Jotforms email and IP. Kindly check your spam folder as well. Let us know if this still does not help.
