    Hola buen día, resulta que recientemente hemos tenido problema cuando los usuarios tratan de finalizar el formulario, sale un botón de color verde con el texto: "Submit Form" y después te pide unos números tipo captcha. Nuestro servicio es para el área de Turismo en Unidades Móviles, por lo que solicitamos de manera mas atenta que nos apoyen con la misma solución del tema mencionado, ya que para el Cliente es molesto.

    Tema: Deshabilitar la página reCAPTCHA para enviar el formulario (jotform.com)

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Do you mean to say that after the form is submitted, it shows another captcha field.

    Please note that we have 60 submissions / minute limit from same IP address. Are you receiving the submission in form internally?

    I am escalating this issue to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    We have several forms with your service, and to be honest, we are delighted, your Platform is a gem. As far as is clear, because we had details inserting their tables on our website. We raised a ticket but they asked us for Model, Android Version, etc; The detail is that how multiple devices are connected was complicated. So we had to change our proposal.

    Well, I will briefly explain the operation: The main Form is embedded by HTML in a Hotspot (With captive portal) of a Router for Mobile Units (Vehicles). The area is Tourism, so these Units frequently visit the Airport and the Internet is Free.

    Well, it is a fact that all Users who register are from mobile devices and by Wi-Fi connection, that is, the IP's are always from the Cellular Provider, and they always change. If we have 3 or 4 Cellphones with which we check the Routers before delivering to the Client, but although they check frequently, the time ratio is 2 or max 3 Submissions per minute, and that when the workload is very large, coupled with This, we only work the Units in the early morning, it means that when we carry out these reviews most of the equipment is inactive.

    Returning to the first question; Yes, it shows the Form correctly and after sending it, the mentioned green button appears; Attached image of evidence. Obviously after pressing it, and entering the number, it continues with the Form Submission, but it is not the idea.

    In advance I reiterate my gratitude for our situation, since as I mentioned before, the Client directly was the one who asked us to remove this captcha. Great vibes in everything and we are on the lookout.

    Tenemos varios formularios con su servicio, y en honor a la verdad, estamos encantados, es una joya su Plataforma. Dentro de lo que cabe claro, porque tuvimos detalles insertando sus tablas en nuestro sitio web. Levantamos ticket pero nos solicitaban Modelo, Version de Android, etc; El detalle es que como se conectan multiples dispositivos era complicado. Asi que tuvimos que cambiar nuestra propuesta.

    Bien, paso a explicar brevemente la operación: El Formulario principal esta embebido por HTML en un Hotspot (Con portal cautivo) de un Enrutador para Unidades (Vehiculos) Móviles. El área es Turismo, asi que dichas Unidades visitan frecuentemente el Aeropuerto y el Internet es Gratuito. 

    Bien, pues es un hecho que todos los Usuarios que se registran son de dispositivos moviles y por conexion Wifi, es decir las Ip's siempre son de Proveedor Celular, y siempre cambian. Si tenemos 3 o 4 Celulares con los que revisamos los Enrutadores antes de entregar al Cliente, Pero aunque revisen frecuentemente, la relación de tiempos es de 2 o max 3 Sumisiones por minuto, y eso cuando la carga de trabajo es muy grande, aunado a esto, solo trabajamos las Unidades en madrugada, quiere decir que cuando realizamos estas revisiones la mayoria de equipos estan inactivos.

    Regresando a la primer pregunta; Si, muestra bien el Formulario y después de enviarlo, surge el botón verde mencionado; Adjunto imagen de evidencia. Evidentemente después de presionarlo, e introducir el numero, ya prosigue con el Envió del Formulario, pero no es la idea.

    De antemano reitero el agradecimiento por nuestra situación, ya que como lo mencione anteriormente, el Cliente directamente fue quien nos solicito remover este captcha. Geniales vibras en todo y quedamos al pendiente.
