My colleage is trying to share forms so we can work on them together. He entered my email as a sub-user, but nothing shows up under my account.
P.S. he has a paid account and my account is free. If that makes a difference.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. There was an issue currently with the sub user feature but our developers are working on it to fix the problem. We haven't been adviced yet about the issue.
