    I cannnot add another notification email.

    I have tried several times to create an email that will notify a user that their application has not been accepted. However, everytime I finish the email, and go to check it before changing the conditions, the email has been completely reset and is the defaul email that gets sent out. Why is this happening?

    You are probably creating an email notification (which goes to you) rather than an autoresponder which would go to the user who filled the form out.
