Our stats says we reached our upload limit. We deleted most of the submissions and emptied the trash but the data did not reset like it usually does

Our stats says we reached our upload limit. We deleted most of the submissions and emptied the trash but the data did not reset like it usually does and now we got an email that says our form will disable on Monday. Please advise, thanks.

I have refreshed the storage count so it should now be down to 25mb.
