Remove JotFrom Branding

    I upgraded my account but I still have the Jotform badging asking if my employees receiving the form want to create their own on the auto reply. I would like that removed.

    Also, when I want to customize the link it defaults to my full personal name then I can customize only the last part of the link. How can I remove my personal name from the form link?

    Hello there!

    I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

    To remove the JotForm branding, please follow the guide below:

    1. Log in to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
    2. Scroll down until you see JotFrom Branding
    3. Uncheck Show "Powered by JotForm" on my forms and that's it!

    As for your other inquiry, I've moved it on a new support ticket to keep things organized. If you have different inquiries in the future, please open a new support ticket for each.
