Lockout issues

    We have several people monitoring a JotForm account for completed forms and are having major lockout issues.

    Is there a limit to the number of simultaneous logins for the same user?

    How many failed attempts are required for a lockout?

    How long does a lockout last?

    What is the fastest way to recover from a lockout?

    Hi there,

    The login attempts could be around 3-4 times before the account gets locked out.

    Though I checked your account and it seems to be okay now, could you please try to log in again?

    Also, please take note that, if your account get's locked out again, you may need to try again after 30 mins, OR you may reach out to us so we can fix it on our end.

    I am locked out of my account and can't view my forms
