Phishing attempt: Spammers sending Spam emails to open a support ticket

By clicking on the blue link (see screenshot) the cyber criminals are redirecting to your website (https://jotform.com/contact/)
They do this to look more professional, but your website is being abused by these criminals (phishing attempts) their origin is eastern europe (Luthania)
I have contaced my local police here so they know about it.

They send an e-mail with the blue link in Dutch saying: "click here to open your account"

when you open that link it goes to https://jotform.com/contact/
