We recently created a three-step, serial approval process. If the request is denied, we need the submitter to be able to edit and resubmit the form. I expect there is a way to do this, but I am unable to find it. Please help!

Hello John! Unfortunately, this is not possible. A workflow once finished can't be restarted.
You'll need to ask your user to re-create the submission or you can use our new prefill feature to generate a prefilled form link and pass it to the user (use 'form prefill' option); user can fill in the remaining details and submit your form (screenshot attached for your reference).
Please give it a try. Let us know if you come across any questions or if this doesn't solve your purpose.
Thank you!

Hi Patrick, I don't see the Form Prefill option. Do I need to turn it on somehow?

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.
The Prefill feature is still in its beta phase and only available to certain users for testing.
But I can ask our backend team to enable this feature for your account.

Yes, please ask to have this enabled for us as this could solve our problem!
