My Jotform payment has been being covered on a completely clear Credit card. I have never received any sort of notice that my account was being downgraded. Why was my account downgraded. Where is my data? WTF have you done to all my information? I was grandfathered in on the old 9.99/mo plan...

Hi there,
The account you are currently using is on a Free Plan. This account was never upgraded to a paid plan since it was created. Most probably you have another account that is paid and have all your forms.
If you can give us a form URL then we can find your account and assist you further.

I was able to find my paid account, your right. I accidentally used an old login. Problem solved.
