    My Google Spreadsheets doesn't collect some form data

    Hello, I met with a bug in Google Spreadsheets integration.

    When I reintegrate form with Google Spreadsheet, new spreadsheet catches all the data... But it isn't quite convenient for me...

    Hello, 

    Thank you for contacting us. 

    Unfortunately, the only way to correct the error (field mapping, mismatch and form changes could cause this) is to re-integrate with a new spreadsheet. 

    The form will transfer all previsous submissions to the new integrated spreadsheet. 

    How about putting a link on the original Google Spreadsheet directing the spreadsheet users to the new spreadsheet location?

    I did reintegration already, I now this way, but it isn't quite comfortable...

    Can you explain your sentence "How about putting a link on the original Google Spreadsheet directing the spreadsheet users to the new spreadsheet location?" in other words... sorry, but I don't understand it clearly...

    Hello, 

    Thank you for your response. 

    My statement presumed that you have a number of people accessing the spreadsheet, which is why you do not want to use another instead. 

    If that is the case, you could redirect all who visit the spreadsheet to the one you are currently re-integrated to. 

    Perhaps you could clarify what you want to accomplish with the original spreadsheet, and we can provide some additional guidance.

    Ok, thx for answer!

    As I understood you there is no way to resolve this issue except to re-integrate form each time I need form data and send new link to the new spreadsheet to my colleague. Is it right?

    Unfortunately, none. 

    Fields between your form and the Spreadsheet are mapped with intricate accuracy - even a change in your form might result in errors on your integrated spreadsheet. 

    Since Google Spreadsheet is a third-party product, having strict operational requirements for integration is the only way for everyone to 'play nice'
