I had a problem with my credicard. The company has blocked per suspect, but my orders are completely ok.
I need to follow using Jotform and i need some few days to regularize the situation.
There are some method of payment that i can use this month to maintain my service working?

the other options you are able to use is the PayPal option for monthly payments as well.
The additional options are only available for Yearly subscriptions:
For Purchase Order, Check, Wire and Bank Transfer Order modes of payment cannot be less than $100 since there is some manual labor involved so you will need to purchase two year Premium subscription which is the only option we have over $100.
If your company would go about this subscription, ask them to re-upgrade using the following link: https://www.plimus.com/jsp/buynow.jsp?contractId=1851946.
Please make sure to provide the correct username in the upgrade section that says
"Jotform Login Name".
Also, don't forget to cancel the subscription using your card to not be charged twice, once you card is available.
