You try accessing BlueSnap (Formerly Plimus) by retrieving your forgotten password through here:
Alternatively, you can perform the following steps:
1. Go to your Account Settings page
2. Select Billing
3. Click Edit beside the Payment Method line
4. Proceed with credit card update

I'm having the same issue and clicking on credit card update doesn't work.
