    How can I use check box feature and can I configurate a confirmation email ?

    Hello,

    First of all, congratulations for your solution. It's very useful, intuitive and full of features. I like it very much.

    I need to include a field "I accept the personal data protection" with a check box marked on by defect (only one option). I've tried to used the "check box" feature deleting 2 of the options and deleting the name of option 1. Initially, it is saved, but later the 3 options appear again. What can I do to include this field in the way I need?

    On the other hand, I've seen the users don't recieved a confirmation email when they submit the form. Is there not this posibility? If so, how can I configure it?

    Thank you for contacting us. You may try our Terms and Conditions widget. This is originally intended for Terms and Conditions but of course you can also customize the wordings just like the image below:

    You must create an Autoresponder template then follow this user guide Set Email Field as the Notification Sender Email Address with Mandrill  in order to set a confirmation email to your form users.

    Hello again,

    I've included a "Terms & Conditions" field in my form, but the link is not working.I think it's configured properly.

    Hi Juani,

    Did you add the URL link for the terms in the widget?

    I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/40123780823348 but there is no include link in the terms text.

     

    Please review the guide of the widget also here Terms & Conditions.

     You have to add the URL link of your terms and then you can enclose the text in curly brackets"{}" so that they become the link.
