Is it possible to append the subfolder URL (to where the submission PDF

Is it possible to append the subfolder URL (to where the submission PDF and uploads are saved) to the application? I'm thinking of when an approver in the approver process wants to access the either the original form, customised PDF or original PDF as well as the uploads in the Google Drive folder?

You may specify the folder in your google drive in the Google drive integration page on your form - where you need the submissions to be passed onto.

Is that what you are referring to?

I've found a work around where if you add in a question that always has the same answer (so for this I did a dropdown with a default answer thats the only option) and then use that question answer as the identifier of the sub-folder. All submissions then have the same answer for that question, putting all items in the same folder. Not perfect, but solves the issue of separate sub-folders for each submission.
