My spreadsheet is no longer populating correctly

    Hello!


    I have an enrollment form that is connected to a google sheet.

    Up until a few days ago when a customer filled out the enrollment form, their information would populate the google sheet.

    Now, the new customer entry is overriding the column titles in the google sheet, instead of creating a new row. Each new customer entry overrides the last, in the header row.

    I created a new google sheet for the entries to go to, but it is doing the same thing.

    Thank you for reaching out.


    If I understood properly if I submit one time as Gaetan, and then my colleague Alex submits as well, my row (Gaetan) will be replaced by Alex. Is that correct?


    I have cleared your form's cache, could you remove the integration and do a test again?
