Total Submissions Exceeded?

I deleted previous submissions but it is still showing me that I have exceeded submissions. How do I reset this counter?

We apologize for inconvenience. I refreshed the form cache on your account/username srcourses and it appears to have fixed the issue. The correct Submission Total storage was now restored.
