Straw Poll Question - How can i limit the submissions?

    Is there a way to restrict who responds to s straw poll?

    I only want the initial recipient to respond. Not someone they may forward the link to.

    My question is: I send the form to person X. Person X forwards the form to person Y. Can person Y fill out and submit the form?

    Yes, they can unless you don't enable one of these limit options:

    Limit form submissions

    Automatically disable your form as soon as it reaches its submission limit.

    Make your form expire on a certain date so no more submissions can be accepted.
