How can I generate a link to a pre-field form?

I have a Quote Request made with Jot Forms. All data is imported in Google Sheets which generates and sent over the Quote (pdf file) to the customer through email. The Quote contains an Approve button which is a link to a Purchase Order form, which should have some pre-filed info from the initial Quote Request form (like Quote Request Submission ID, name, email), additional info about the job and a PayPal link

    Here start my problems:

How can I generate a link to a pre-filled, Purchase Order form made with JotForms, with info from the initial Quote Request form?

Also, is it possible to have a question active or disabled in the Purchase Order form depending on if a question was answered yes or no in the initial Quote Request form?

    Thanks a lot!

    Kind regards

    Greetings Razvan.

If you wish to redirect users from one form to another, and fill the questions on the second form with the answers from the first one, you will need to create a unique URL for the second form.

You will first need to locate the unique names of the fields to create the URL and then add this URL to the thank you page. We have a full guide for this at the following link:
