    Hi,

    Can you please retry re-embedding the form using its iframe code BUT this time omit the script part in the code. Check the code below, omit the lower part of the embed code when you get the iframe code of the form

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotform.co/form/33372313646856" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:868px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Check if this workaround work for you. Inform us if the issue remains.

    Thanks.
