I am trying to upgrade my free account to the 19.95 per month option. I am logged into my account. When I click "pricing" it shows the different options available. When I click on the "upgrade" button under the 19.95, nothing happens. I am assuming that clicking the "upgrade" button is supposed to take me to a different screen so I can enter my payment information but that is not happening. My secretary tried several times last week to get help for this problem and it is now becomming urgent as I will have many people attempting to enter data very soon. Please advise in a timely manner. Thank you.

We apologize for this inconvenience Kathy. Unfortunately, I can not replicate the issue when upgrading my test account. It immediately shows me the next steps and filling out the required upgrade form.
It does not take you to another screen but it will show another popup like this:
Please try to use our direct link for our Economy Product
and change the username to your JotForm Username like this
This should bring you to this page where you can select the Monthly Option for Economy
If you click "Order Now" button, this should bring you to the next step and fill up the upgrade form. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask for help. Thank you
