How to add information to a form

Hi, I have created a form that the client would like to review and add information to, then resubmit.

I have reviewed these articles but this isn't what I'm looking for:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/432-a-general-approach-on-building-an-approval-process-workflow

I don't want a binary approve/deny, they want to be able to go in to the form and add the account number or whatever fields, then save the form with the extra fields.

How would you best suggest I do that?

    Thanks!

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! You can certainly set up this workflow, and can actually do so using a process very similar to that explained in the User Guide you provided the link for.

The only main difference from the set-up described in that User Guide is that rather than using an approval field with your conditional visibility, you could mark your account number as hidden, and create a condition so that it is only shown when your form is being edited.

Please let us know if you encounter any additional issues while implementing this workflow, and myself or a member of our Team will be happy to assist you further.

    Thank you!
