    Hi,

I have created a form for cake orders to be taken on.

It will be submitted by email to my store's email address

and from there I will print 3 copies of the order:

    1 for counter

    1 for customer

    1 for baker

The most important one is the copy for the baker which needs to be laid out as simply as possible.

Therefor, I would like to make sure a pdf of the form is always attached, and I would like to know how to edit the pdf of the online form.

    Thank you

You can adjust the PDFs with submission data from the PDF editor.

So, you can have different PDF template for the counter, the customer and the baker. You will be able to attach the particular PDF (after you create them in the PDF editor) from the settings of the notification and autoresponder.

In order to open the PDF editor, you should mark the online form on the My Forms page and then click More and then click "Open PDF Editor".
