On the Child/Adolescent – NICHQ Vanderbilt form, I am trying to get the following results for the following hidden cards:
1. Total number of questions scored 2 or 3 in questions 1-9
2. Total number of questions scored 2 or 3 in questions 10-18
3. Total number of questions scored 2 or 3 in questions 19-26
4. Total number of questions scored 2 or 3 in questions 27-40
5. Total number of questions scored 2 or 3 in questions 41-47
6. Total number of questions scored 4 or 5 in questions 48-55
7. Average score of the Performance Section, questions 48-55
On the PCL-5 form, I am trying to get the following results for the following hidden cards:
1. Total points of answers selected “Not at All”
2. Total points of answers selected “A Little Bit”
3. Total points of answers selected “Moderately”
4. Total points of answers selected “Quite a Bit”
5. Total points of answers selected “Extremely”

Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! After looking into this, it does not appear that the functionality you are requesting can be accomplished using form calculations. So far, the only viable solution we have been able to find would require you to create a new condition for each answer to each question, which would result in over 200 new conditions being created.

I will be converting this thread into a Feature Request tp ask that our Developers consider implementing this feature in the future.

While we are currently unable to offer an ETA for this feature to be implemented, this thread will be used to track our progress, and any updates will be posted here as soon as they become available.
