Changing Account email & Upload error on form.

    I have been slowly making the switch to Jot forms from typefom. I Use it for my business. I need to switchable my forms to be under my salons email address to give access to my admin team now that I'm definitely going to continue to use it. I am having trouble changing the emails over.

    I also wanted to make one of my forms only visible to me so I was going create a new account so I could do that.

    one of my forms is also giving my guests a Upload Error code. Some are seeing it but not all.

    To my understanding, what you're after is changing your Jotform account registered email address.

    If so, kindly note that you may do so under the Settings page of your Jotform account as shown below.

    Afterwards, you will receive an email, on the new added email address, through which you can verify your new added email address.
