I signed up to jotform but my account had been disabled?

    Hi

    i received this message that my jotform account has been disabled?

    Dear Paul Gazzola,

    You have currently reached the limits of your account.Your forms are disabled now.

    but on the 19 June i upgraded to bronze under the email account that it was signed up under?

    Congratulations! Your account, office@osca.org.au, is now upgraded to Bronze. This is a yearly subscription plan which will charge you at the beginning of each term.

    I am confused as to why this is not connected?

    I need to have this rectified please and the forms reinstated and active.

    Hi, i have just seen that there was an issue with the email that was used.

    on my account it is office@open-space.org.au but I am using

    office@osca.org.au for my google account. the one that i signed up to for the jotform bronze account on the 19 June.

    This is the issue as to why it was not correctly signed up. Can you please transfer the account over and get it back running asap

    it has taken too long for you to reply. I have updated my account under the email office@open-space.org.au. can someone please contact me asap as i need to be able to sort out the other payment under office@osca.org.au,

    Your Space_Open account is also upgraded to Bronze. Would you like to cancel that? If yes, please login using Space_Open account and send us a cancellation request.
