How to freeze row header in Table

The form I am creating has a table which involves many columns, and what I need to do is freeze the row titles in order to give easier access to the user when checking off boxes. I have found a couple CSS codes involving freezing the column titles, but none with the row titles. Basically, I am trying to scroll through the entirety of the input table while still being able to see the row titles. I attached the link to the form below. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Lyida, thank you for reaching us.

It appears to be possible by using Javascript. However, JotForm doesn't support embedding Javascript within native form due to security reason. You may consider retrieving the Full Source Code and customize the form on a separate webpage instead.
