Please, could you reslove the issue when our form is displaying after submitting error "502 Bad Gateway" instead of Thank you page? I have cleared the cache about 4 times and the error is still there.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate the issue. Please confirm if you are still having this issue?

It seems that clearing the cache in settings has helped indeed. Respondents no longer complain. The error was showing to me until I deleted browser’s cache and cookies. Thank you.
