When submissions are emailed the form has the wrong date

Hi,

I cloned a form from 2019 and when the form is submitted to my email after someone completes it, it is giving the 2019 date for the form. We're the only ones that see it (I think) but would like it to read 2021. Can you please advise how to change?

Kindly delete the old notification and add a new one to resolve the issue.
