Inbox not refreshing automatically

    Lately, when we access our inbox it says we haven’t received any submissions. So far, as long as we hold the screen down to refresh it seems to pop up ok; just wondering if this is normal as we keep thinking we’ve lost all our info? This just started happening about a week ago.

    Can you please clarify, are you unable to see any submissions until you manually refresh the submissions page? You should be able to see all previous submissions once you open the Inbox. If you can't, could you please try to reinstall the Jotform App?

    If this doesn't resolve the problem, we will send the problem to our Developers, so they can see what is happening.
