Hi!
I tried to download my form but the PDF file just keeps getting an error message while the excel doesnt even send at all.
Pls help. Thanks!

The issue usually occurs when the privacy option 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' is enabled in your account settings.
It is required to be logged in to your JotForm account on the same browser when you try to download the files. Alternatively, you may disable the privacy option in your account settings.
Please give it a try again after logging into your account or disabling the privacy option. Let us know if you need any further help.
