PayPal integration error: We're sorry, we can't complete your purchase right now.

    My PayPal account is linking but won't allow me to send payment, I just keep getting this error:


    We're sorry, we can't complete your purchase right now.

    This transaction has been declined to comply with international regulations.


    Is there a way to fix this in Jotforms or is it a PayPal issue?

    Hello!

    Looking at the PayPal Support Forum, this seems to be an issue with PayPal accounts, particularly in Australia.

    First, please make sure your account's identity is confirmed at https://www.paypal.com/policy/hub/cip.
