Attachment issues on the Notification Email

    Hello! I am having issues now on the uploaded file on the Notification Email. Previously, I am getting all the attachment, but now I am getting only this plus the pdf form filled.

    I did not change any settings on the email submission. I need this uploaded file directly on our email after a submission as I have a different person assigned to receive this.

    I am the only one who has an access to our Jotform dashboard account and cannot assign an additional person to access it and do not want to send the uploaded files to our inbox every time a submission was done.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting support.

    I checked your form 211450879769066 and found that you have enabled Send uploads as attachment. Please note that email alerts have 5 MB of attachment limit. If you exceed the attachment limit, the file will not be attached, but a link will be added in the email.

    Hello Cecile,

    I know the attachment limit of 5mb and it did not say like it exceeded 5mb like before. And I've checked the attachment, its not even on the 1mb mark. I even tried testing it again to see if there is a setting issues. This link is still under testing but will be launched soon on our production system.

    I hope we can fix this soon.

    I have cloned and tested your form and was able to get the PDF attachment.

    I have also checked your submissions and could not find a submission above 5MB.

    Kindly try removing your notification email and re-add it again,

    Hello Sam!

    That is not the form I am not getting the attachment, its my 2021 Regular application form. That is the reason why I am asking why I am getting a download link now unlike before. Anyway, I will try to delete my notification email and do a similar settings on that. I will have to go back again here if ever problems persists.
