Auto responder email not working when tested

    Hello! I didn't see any issues with your form setup; autoresponders should work. Please make a test submission on your form and let us know; we'll check our email logs and get back to you.

    Also, specify which email address you used while making the test.

    Hi Patrick,

    Thanks for your message but this has since been resolved. I recognised that the 'sender email' we had entered our own email, I had since changed it to noreply@jotform and it seems to have worked. I had found this information on the Forum.

    Why does it give you the option to change the email if it will not send out the auto responder email?

    Hello! Sender email should work as well. If you want us to look into this, you can create a new test form, set its sender email to your email address, and then make test submissions. Let us know if the email doesn't arrive; we'll check at our end.
