    Dear JotForm team,

I am the membership secretary for the LGBT+ Network for the London Metropolitan police and we wanted to change the way we manage our membership, which includes having an online application form that automatically populates their information into a spreadsheet which can be kept up-to-date.

We are a non-profit Staff Support Association which receives a yearly budget to create events for our members and to get LGBT+ branded merchandise for the Police, which promotes visibility at work for officers as well as staff.

As we are from the UK what sort of document can we provide to get the discount?

    Many thanks,

    Martin

    Hi Martin,

    thank you for contacting us.

To apply for a non-profit discount, you will need to fill out the form on this page: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

It will ask you to upload a document that officiates your nonprofit status (the equivalent of a 990 form). I assume a tax-return document would work here, but once you apply our dedicated team will reach out to us should they need more information.

I hope this helps, let us know if you have any further questions.
