Struggling with workflows

Hi!

I have a form titled scholarship registration form for students in India. I am trying to implement workflows. Questions as below.

1) I want to send the form to the id admin@akjnz.org for approval only when the user edits the submission. Is this possible?

2) I am getting the error "You don’t have permission to view this workflow." when my team member tries to click on the email and approve or deny the request. Can you help me resolve this?

Unfortunately, we don't have the option to send approvals on edit submission.

2) I am getting the error "You don’t have permission to view this workflow." when my team member tries to click on the email and approve or deny the request. Can you help me resolve this?

I have cleared your form cache. Can you please remove and add their email again? Also, make sure to ask him to sign out and log in to JotForm again because our session times out after 2 hours for security reasons. This issue might be happening because of that.
