Assistance requests missing from the account

    Another question, why now that I have changed the name of my account I don't have any more all the requests I have done previously? Like for example this one other here I can't find it anymore on my "Assistance requests".

    Hello!

    Yes, my question is: why I can't see anymore all my previous assistance requests?

    Until this morning when my account name was Trero I could see them all. Now, that you changed my account name (as I asked) I do not have all my requests. I don't see them anymore.

    The last one was you answered me and that then you created this new request I can see it just if I take the URL from the email, otherwise, I can't.

    I don't know if the explanation it is clear.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    If your ticket contains private information, it is marked as a private one, so other users can't see that information.

    Unfortunately, tickets are related to your username, so if the username is changed, you will lose access to previous tickets.
