Save Button Issue

    When trying to update/remove recipients from forms the save button doesn't light up for us to click and save the change, why??

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support! Our ability to troubleshoot here is a bit limited since your account exists in our HIPAA Compliant Environment. In order to aid in our investigation, can you please provide me with a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to remove a recipient?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for the follow-up! Can you please try to fully delete this email notification, and then recreate it and update the recipients list, and let us know if you able to make the necessary changes on the new email? I also cleared your form cache in hopes that this will resolve any one-off issues affecting your account.
