I am unable to find a form I have created on your system.

    I have used a form from your site and I cannot find it to edit it further. Can you tell me the account I have it under?

    The form is


    I only need the account name it is under, if you could please forward that to me it would be great.

    Hello Trent,

    I have checked your email address t_l@live.ca and found a Free JotForm account (username: GP) linked to this email address. However, the form you mentioned is not associated with this account.

    When I used the Form ID to look for your account, it was associated with a guest account. What you should do is to convert this guest account into a Free account by clicking the orange button at the lower part of the username and password sign-in fields.  

    Please make sure that you use the same email address that you have in your forms so that it will automatically be merged to your new free account.

    Or, if you still remember your password for your existing free account GP, you can clone the form using the URL https://www.jotform.com/form/11531733388. To clone a form by URL, please refer to this tutorial: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL.
