I have a form that sends us an e-mail requesting advice on confidential matters. How can I make the information secure?

Thank you for contacting us. If your form is embedded on your site you can use the SSL embed code to add more encryption in your data. Please see this guide abou how to make an SSL submission http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions.
Secure link will be something like this: https://secure.jotformpro.com/jsform/32792649273970
Non Secure link: http://form.jotformpro.com/jsform/32792649273970
Take note that for Free user you will only have 10 SSL submission and 100 Non SSL submission if you exceed your monthly quota you will receive a notification that your form will be disabled. For you to enable your form back its either 1. You upgrade to a higher plan or 2. Your counter refresh back to 0.
Question: When does your counter refresh back to 0? This is to all Jotform users. The counter resets back to 0 every 1st of the month regardless of when you created your account.
