Hello! I previously asked if it was possible to set approval emails to only display selected items rather than every single item in the form and received a response stating that a new feature has been added that would hide blank fields in emails. I truly appreciate the response and update to the form designer; however, the update does not apply to input table selections.
The form I have test-created for my healthcare organization is meant to serve as a supply request form. Each item is organized into multiple sections (such as safety equipment, needles, medications, etc.) So I have designed the form using input tables to make a section for each corresponding item as well as a space to put the quantity needed of that item.
In testing out the new hide blank field feature, every section (even those that do not have a item selected within them) is still being displayed rather than just the rows or sections that have a checked item.
Not sure if there is a more efficient way of designing the form that would still allow sections for each item, a selection button and field for quantity for each individual set of items being requested.

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not have an option to achieve that using the Input Table field. However, you can try this workaround: https://form.jotform.com/211726234304042
You can use the multiple-choice field with an option for quantity. I also checked your other ticket, my colleague already forwarded the feature request to our developers. We will message you on this ticket (https://www.jotform.com/answers/3063045) once we have any updates.
Let us know if you need further help. Thank you!
