I am unable to log in and I am unable to upgrade with my credit card. I am told that I am "autosuspended" when I try to log in. When I was able to log in, I was not able to see my previous emails with support so I must be contacted by email at felix-ukwuy@kcrep.org
I am losing business by not being able to log in and use my form.

I am able to login when I use the direct links from support. When I try to login on my own I get the autosuspend message or it keeps me waiting indefinitely. I’ve tried different browsers and cleared caches.
i was able to upgrade with the link, but now I don’t have access to my account because I can’t login and see my forms.

Hello,
I saw that your account has been auto suspended. I changed the word "headshot" to "mugshot" as it might be triggering our bot, and your form has been whitelisted and the account reactivated.
Could you check if things are better now?
