Trello Card is not being created after the Jotform submission

    Hi,

    we have connected our Trello board to the Jotform submissions. Every time the client submits a Jotform, a Trello card is created and populated with the information given in the JotForm. Yesterday, for some reason, that wasn't happening. It will be a problem if that continues. Could you please look into it?

    I checked the 2 forms under your account, however, they are both not linked with Trello.

    Kindly share the URL of the form you are referring to.

    Thank you for providing the form URL.

    As per checking, you have a pretty straightforward and simple integration as such, I could not find any possible mapping issues.

    Kindly remove the integration instead and re-integrate in case the authentication is the one failing.
