Product List: Unable to re-arrange products or product categories

    Hi


    I have added my products to categories but am unable to put them in the order I wish to display?

    Please advise thanks

    Do you want to re-arrange the products themselves or the categories? Nonetheless, please see the screencasts below:

    Re-arrange items:
    *Tip: You need to wait for at least a second before releasing the item otherwise it'll not change its position

    When I try to rearrange the products they do not change position!

    May we know in which browser are you checking? Could you please test in any other browser if you are able to arrange the products?

    I'm using Google Chrome. I've just tried MS Edge and no luck with that.
